meet the coaching staff

Coach Tiffany Mangini is the Head Girls Wrestling Coach at Flower Mound High School, where she has helped build one of the premier girls wrestling programs in Texas since the program’s inaugural 2016–2017 season. Under her leadership, the Lady Jaguars have developed into one of the top teams in the state, highlighted by a historic 2026 season in which Flower Mound finished as the UIL 6A Girls State Runner-Up Team, the Region 1-6A 3rd Place Team, and the UIL District 4-6A Runner-Up Team. Following the success of the 2025–2026 season, Coach Mangini was named the 2026 Region 1-6A Girls Head Coach of the Year, the 2026 THSWCA Girls Head Coach of the Year, and the 2026 THSCA Girls Head Coach of the Year.

 

Throughout her time at FMHS, Coach Mangini has been instrumental in developing athletes both on and off the mat while establishing a culture built on discipline, accountability, and family.

Coach Mangini’s passion for wrestling began at Southlake Carroll High School, where she was a 4-time State Qualifier and the 2006 UIL Girls State Runner-Up. She was later inducted into the Southlake Wrestling Hall of Fame in recognition of her accomplishments and impact on the sport. Prior to fully dedicating herself to coaching, Coach Mangini proudly served 12 years in the Army Reserves as a Civil Affairs Specialist with the 490th Civil Affairs Battalion and the 321st Civil Affairs Brigade. During her military career, she deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2011 and concluded her service at the rank of Staff Sergeant. Her experiences in both athletics and military service continue to shape her leadership philosophy and commitment to empowering young athletes through wrestling.
