TIFFANY MANGINI
GIRLS HEAD COACH
2016-Current
Coach Tiffany Mangini serves as the Head Girls Wrestling Coach at Flower Mound High School, where she has helped build one of the premier girls wrestling programs in the state of Texas. During the 2025-2026 season, she was named the 2026 Region 1-6A Girls Head Coach of the Year, the 2026 THSWCA Girls Head Coach of the Year, and the 2026 THSCA Girls Head Coach of the Year. Under her leadership, the Lady Jaguars finished as the 2026 UIL 6A Girls State Runner-Up Team, the 2026 Girls Region 4-6A 3rd Place Team, and the 2026 UIL District 4-6A Girls Runner-Up Team. Since joining FMHS during its inaugural wrestling season in 2016-2017, Coach Mangini has been instrumental in developing athletes both on and off the mat while establishing a culture built on discipline, accountability, and family.
Coach Mangini’s passion for wrestling began at Southlake Carroll High School, where she was a 4-time State Qualifier and the 2006 UIL Girls State Runner-Up. She was later inducted into the Southlake Wrestling Hall of Fame in recognition of her accomplishments and impact on the sport. Prior to fully dedicating herself to coaching, Coach Mangini proudly served 12 years in the Army Reserves as a Civil Affairs Specialist with the 490th Civil Affairs Battalion and the 321st Civil Affairs Brigade. During her military career, she deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2011 and concluded her service at the rank of Staff Sergeant. Her experiences in both athletics and military service continue to shape her leadership philosophy and commitment to empowering young athletes through wrestling.
Drake Dudley
GIRLS assistant COACH

We are thrilled to announce that Coach Drake Dudley has agreed to remain on staff with the Lady Jaguars as our assistant coach. Coach Dudley brings a wealth of experience, passion, and a deep connection to the Flower Mound wrestling community. During the 2025-2026 season, he was recognized as the 2026 THSWCA Assistant Coach of the Year for his dedication to athlete development and the continued success of the Lady Jaguars program. His wrestling journey began at the age of 9, and as a Flower Mound Jaguar Wrestling alumnus, he graduated from FMHS in 2013. During his high school career, he was a 3-time State Finalist and captured the 2011 UIL State Championship at 160 lbs.
After high school, Coach Dudley continued his wrestling career at Colorado Mesa University and the University of North Texas, where he became an NCWA Greco-Roman National Champion. Following graduation from UNT, he founded the Flower Mound Wrestling Club, mentoring multiple state qualifiers and placers while working with more than 250 student-athletes throughout the area. In addition to his wrestling accomplishments, Coach Dudley is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Purple Belt. We are excited to have Coach Dudley continue leading alongside the Lady Jaguars staff and look forward to the continued impact he will have on our athletes both on and off the mat.
